Diocletian, 284-305. Antoninianus (Silvered bronze, 24 mm, 2.62 g, 12 h), Rome, 286-287. IMP DIOCLETIANVS AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Diocletian to right, seen from behind. Rev. IOVI CONSERVAT AVGG / XXIΒ Jupiter standing front, head to left, holding thunderbolt in his right hand and long scepter in his left. Cohen 237. RIC 162. Heavily double struck and with minor traces of corrosion and some deposits, otherwise, very fine.
